RE: competition?Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think anyone is commercially producing Canola protein right now.I think before manufacturers switch from soy protein to canola protein there will have to be a secure, stable, and large supply of canola protein avaliable. I think other suppliers can help the goals of BXI.
