RE: Opinions worth reading

RE: Opinions worth readingI have to agree with you
consigliere.

That's you're first mistake.

You seem to have a decent grasp of the situation many mining cos find themselves in until things turn up, which I have already seen many signs of lately.

Nope, no grasp of the situation at all.....Tell us all what EXM has mined?

Don't put too much into the dissection of your words by the professional posters who seem to have too much time on their hands.

Don't know who the professional posters are but I type at 50 words per minute so it's a quick effort given the content I'm replying to is baseless crap written by a noob who knows nothing.

With their dreamed up opinions and negative sentiment of a business they seem to know very little about, except how to complain about it, their motives are questionable.

Here are a few facts, not opinions, and I have no motives other that to state the facts;

1. The stock price of this company is now sitting at 2 cents.
2. The company has little cash
3. The Moris Mine deal with Hochschild was a complete bust.
4. EXM has sold off many of their good projects
5. EXM has over 100,000 million shares outstanding. (try doing a financing at 2 cents.........)
6. EXM advertises having an operating mine but they don't. https://www.mexicomike.ca/php/phpBB2/index.php
7. EXM advertises having joint ventures with majors. Tell us which majors?
https://www.mexicomike.ca/php/phpBB2/index.php

I too have spoken to the co management and have a feeling something fairly big is in the works, which we may see by the end of the summer, or early fall.

Since you offer absolutely nothing in this statement but pure noob fiction I'll give you a few of my thoughts as to what big might happen;

1. A 1 for 10 share rollback so they can do a financing at 10 cents.
2. EXM is taken over and shareholders are given 1 share in newco for 20 shares of EXM.
3. More properties are sold off at discount prices so the bills can be paid.
4. Management will tell you they can't tell you anything because it's confidential.

I am a percentage stockholder, and have not sold a share, which I am confident, even now, will be rewarded soon by our patience through this remarkable time.

Foolish move, if you really believe in this management team then you should sell, book the tax loss, and then buy back in after the 30 day wait period. The fact is EXM is going nowhere for 30 days and booking the tax loss is the only positive thing you will get out of this fiasco for the foreseeable future, IMHO.

Keep positive, and good luck.

Good luck to you to! You're going to need it.......

.....go ahead boys.....start your dissection of my words......let's rip it up!.....way to go.......thanks for the help.....

All done now and your welcome!
