There has been much talk of management being a bit weak... but if one puts the rmk chart over top of the PG chart ( who is generally considered to have good management) one will see the charts are identical.....  Not much management could have done on the ride down to .04$.     

BTW ... I was in at .24 but bit the bullet and went large at .06.    We are above my average cost now.
