Markman Hearing for Motorola in 7months

It would be great to conclude this with a settlement and License deal . With Rim and others having already settled what does Motorola hope to gain.

At the status conference, U.S. District Judge Ward sets the date of March 11, 2010 for the Markman (claims construction) hearing and January 4, 2011 for the trial. Wi-LAN and the Defendants are now required to meet and confer regarding a case scheduling order and a discovery order, and to submit proposed orders within 14 days.
