Positive reactionThe share price reacted positively to today's press release and the ask size at
352,000 shares @ 0.055 seems to be confirming the upward trend, from it's April low. Mr. Wells will bring a strong experience and knowledge to the board and help preserve and re-establish the shareholders value and continue where Mr. Bharti left off.
TriNorth's 1st Quarter Total net income as increased 26 times as compared to the 4th quarter of 2008 which seems to confirm, imho, that the hard times are behind us. Operating revenues are now positive for Q1-2009 with modest $0.11 Million as opposed to the negative $8.4 Million in Q4-2008.
Now with Russo-Forest that expects to generate positive operation cash flow in the second half of 2009 as per their statement in the below .pdf we should start to see Disney's Magic at work -

I believe that all the bashers that were recently posting will eventually have to come to the conclusion that positive numbers are lying ahead and that with those positive numbers, SP will be heading up. Note that at the current share price of 0.055$ the warrant is currently more than a BARGAIN at 0.005$ since it was rated fair market value at 0.02$ and a potential gain of 300%, when the common was trading at 0.045. This means that with the current SP, the FAIR MARKET VALUE of the WARRANT should be at 0.03$ with a potential gain of 450% which makes the warrant a real bargain with a low exercise price of 0.24$.
