RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: EarningsSo back in town only to find the same hopeless KNB shareholders dreaming of a superior offer.  ORV management need to ensure they do not lose credibility by extending the offer if in the remote chance that they do not obtain the support required to close the deal.  By walking away, KNB will tumble into obscurity again and with the markets on the verge of free fall again raising funds will be difficult.  Recall they could not find enough buyers to fill a previous pp and the complete incompetence demonstrated in the past  year will not make it any easier for KNB in the present form.  So the most entertaining outcome is if ORV is unsuccessful and the bid expires and fortunately for us it iwill all be realized tomorrow....whatever the conclusion.   Good luck....that will be all KNB shareholders will rely on if ORV does not complete this takeover.  My guess is the deal is done based on the fact there was some material volume available on the ask at 0.75 which could have been taken down if additional support were required to close any gap.  B...every exchange with the KNB faithful will cause your intelect to decline so I suggest you limit your contact....lol.  I can hardly wait for the opening bell tomorrow....One has to wonder if a short on KNB would have been a good play based on the fact any improved bid is probably only 0.10 but the downside (upside for the short) would be atleast 0.30 imo...not bad odds for gamblers.  I will be watching with interest.
