Few beers later............

Few beers later............

Well I don't know where to start........

Let's begin with John Schafer.

I met him once during an annual meeting in Quebec city and we even shook hands. He is an American ,he looks like an American,he speaks like an American and acts like an American. Nothing wrong with that I suppose ,that's the way they are;they want your goods and they will get it.

I am missing a lot Pierre Désy, from here it looks like John Schafer is sleeping with Gen-Probe.Of course I could be wrong ,but it does not look good.

First: What is it with this 5 millions from Gen-Probe in return of some  possible cheap shares from CUR,why not renew the licence for 25 millions or do it when the share price was 3-4 dollars,it is a win-win situation for Gen-Probe,if they get the cheap shares, they could drive the share price down and down by selling a few hundred thousand and then buy Diagnocure for half the price.
It smells fishy.

Second:
This is unreal and unbelievable . What happened with the offering;people should go in jail for manipulating the share price like that and then cancelling it (for the sake of shareholders.... pleaaaaaaaaase ??)
Someone knows what really happened. It is a good way to bring the share price down if Gen-Probe wants to accumulate cheap shares and of course they did not announce it before the AGM.
It smells fishy.

Third:
The seller for the last 3 month or so looks more like a shorter,it is a good way to bring the share price down.
It smells fishy.

Fourth:

This is the worst investor relation department I have seen, they  look like they want to keep a secret.
It smells fishy.

Fifth:
How comes no funds owning CUR are asking questions and let things happen.
Unless they are retards, plain silly or just incompetent,
(Probably all of the above)
It smells fishy.

CONCLUSION:
There are companies that are in worst shape than CUR, I firmly believe Gen-Probe wants to buy
out Diagnocure in a year or two but for  1.25 - 1.50 a share.

Now more blablablabla (too many beers)

Immo: you seem very courageous  (or desperate) and I wish you luck.

Ready2go: you really sound like an insider; so please keep posting and tell us more about your friend John.

All the discussions on the board should take place in french as i am pretty sure almost everybody that own CUR
have been sucked in by the "Journal de Quebec"  or the  " Journal de Montréal".

I invested a full year salary in CUR, if PCA3 is not approved by the FDA, I am TOASTED.
