If it was written after yesterday's press release, I am having trouble understanding the $7.50 target figure.

Certainly it is not the buyout figure.    With a legitimate claim to @ 20 million ounces and not having even touched Coffee Dome, there is no way Pontius and the other members of the Board sell out this company for anything under $15.   They would be incredibly stupid if they did.
