'the double dip tax will cut it-

'the double dip tax will cut it-Butternuts - just as expected Philgreen will not answer to explain his 'the double dip tax will cut it'
Why will he not answer it ? - Because he knows hes out of his depth.  The comment itself indicates he doesnt really understand the implications.
Nor will he answer my question - asking him to predict PZA's next Q3 - Why - because he hopes to talk the shares down to buy them but he knows if he gives a negative opinion for Q3 - then after hes bought in he knows we will remind him and he wil have talked is own holding down.   On the other hand - for obvious reasons he will not talk up Q3
Ergo - hes damned if he does and damned if he doesnt
