Insider Activity ..........The following options / SAR units are valued at 54 cents ................ if indeed this is all of the total outstanding options / SAR units (which were/are exercisable) to be cancelled. If the costs of the options / SAR units is factored in ( I think the average is somewhere between 20 - 30 cents ), this could translate into an even higher share price ........... I'm presuming that the cancelling of the insider's options and SAR units would not translate into a higher share price than all outstanding shares when all is said and done. Thoughts?
