RE: OLD NEWSHe didn't get rid of any shares.  By exercising the options he was able to buy back his 300,000 at .24.  He likely needed the money to exercise those options so he sold 300,000 at .60 and pocketed the remaining $100k or so.  No net change in shares held it looks like to me.
