Mr. A. Paul Gill reports
GRENVILLE'S NEIGHBOUR GOLDHAWK SELLS 85% OF MILL AND MINE TO EUROPEAN MAJOR NYRSTAR
Grenville Gold Corp. has learned that the mill and mine next to Grenville's Silveria property have been purchased. Gold Hawk Resources Inc. has entered a share purchase agreement with Nyrstar, whereby Nyrstar will acquire an 85-per-cent interest in Compania Minera San Juan (Peru) SA (CMSJ), Gold Hawk's Peruvian operating subsidiary, for $15-million (U.S.). Nyrstar is a Belgian company created on Aug. 31, 2007, by combining the zinc and lead smelting and alloying operations of Zinifex, an Australian mining company, and Umicore, a Belgian materials technology company.
Grenville will continue with its plans to develop the 6,122-hectare Silveria property. Grenville recently declared a letter of intent to purchase 100 per cent of 13 claims owned by Minera Sunicancha S.A.C. totalling 1,250 hectares. Grenville will, upon completion, directly own 7,272 hectares of mineral titles.
