I've owned this stock for 4 yrs and have always been long- but now, I've lost faith in this company.  Oil is at $75 and SP is still at $1- the SP does not go up with oil but you can bet that if oil went down, the SP would tank. What about management- whenever SP gains any traction we're hit with an equity offering or debt financing- never mind that they stated Algar was fully funded a while back.  Also, when is GD going to produce 10K barrels/day- I'm tired of the endless excuses why we're not there yet on a consistent basis. I would think the next quarterly numbers will be amazing considering the price of oil for the quarter- but then again this is CLL so I'm sure they're working on excuses for disappointing numbers. I wish I could sell this stock but my average cost is $4/share- yes, I know, I'm a moron.
