Hmmm... I'm curious, during the last two weeks, there has been a sudden surge in Grant of Options. If we break it down this is what it looks like:

Ingrid Martin (CFO) - 200,000 options

Gregory Fekete (Corporate Secretary and Director) - 200,000 options

Peter Thiersch, Fred Kiernicki, Vaughn MacLellan (Directors) - 200,000 options

So that means there are 600,000 options at $0.10 each, but wait isn't the current SP just $0.075? Why would these insiders buy it at $0.10? To me it seems like these may be options to buy the stock when the SP goes up, and they can buy it at a lower price. Hmmm... I really don't want to speculate, but it makes me wonder, if there are some new NR's coming out between now and the end of the year that may drive the SP up?

Another way we can argue is that it may be an incentive for the executives to try harder to get the company in better financial position and at a higher SP. Just like if we as employees work for a company and they give up stock options of the company, it may be the same thing that applies to these executives.

I guess only time will tell where the SP will be at by the end of the year, but it does definitely give some food for thought, don't you think?
