By the way, as milling techniques go, carbon in pulp (CIP) or carbon in leach (CIL) which is the same thing is the most efficent method of removing gold from the host rock. The efficency is somewhere between 80- 92% depending on the size of the circuit and about a thousand other factors such as material size coming out of the grinding mills, rock hardness, chemical balances, etc..
For disclosure purposes, the mining side and mine planning is really my area of expertise. I spent a year in the milling end of things many years ago and have a basic understanding and general knowledge of that process.
