RE: RE: RE: RE: Inducement WarrantsAIMer....To my knowledge the Sprott Inducement Warrants were laid back when Sprott and other large funds advanced YNG funds to keep going....and probably to protect their original investment. Financing then was hard to comeby.
Now as far as Orifer SA is concerned....I got a feeling that they just hopped on the Inducement Warrant band wagon looking for the quick seizure of the company. Their man was brought in as CEO....I would really like to see the min. of the YNG BoD's meeting with the directors to see when and how it was brought forward......I feel we have been "sucker punched".
All I can think of doing...is to try to get a hold of directors, investment people who have a position, the TSX, newspapers...BNN
I am asking all of you if you want to secure your investment to get out there and raise cane about what has happened....What do we know about disenting share holder rights....Is the company obliged to send out a NR on our behave?
We have to organize quickly....and not let Orifer SA get the company.....Richard
