Management Shares

Management Shares
Really if management understood how close they were to being shut down your would of thought they would of bailed on a lot of those shares, the stock took a run here a little while ago. Why did they not dump all those shares then?

My guess is that they didn't think the national bank would make the move they did, however there were rumors on the street. We need to keep some of the management around to insure that we get full value for the assets.

Management is going to want the receiver to get fair value for the assets, their must be some people sniffing around, did they have a pending asset sale that fell through here a couple weeks ago?

Does anyone know?
