Appeal or No appeal !In reply to some of you posters what should the s/p be ,appeal how low ,no appeal how high ! If you are new comers to the venture markets you may take notice , always go to the financials first ,how much is in the bank ! "ROX" has no money honey as a matter of fact there in debt. , 2 , What is the management doing and how much exp: have they got .3. What is the track record of the management (JUST LAW SUIT'S SO FAR) I prefer company's to stay out of court ,especially since it is your money they fight with, I say move on find better deals and prospect's, how long have those guy's been in court ! but here is the killer , they will never again lift this company out the basement because investors in the venture 's markets are basicly gamblers meaning they are fickle and ones they move on you can't get them back. I wish you long's well hope you get your money back ,I'll took mine lumps and moved on .
