The Chinaco Im sure has the 8 million shares in a lock up agreement, so know they would not sell them.

Im sure they think those shares will be worth 10 times as much in the near future.

Why would they participate in 35% of total constructions costs summing upto $280 million without share dilution to Allan ?
Do you think there are doing this for NOTHING .... your kidding right .... they must think ths is WORTH MEGA $$$$'s.

The volume and S/P is no concern .... as the volume is almost what certain people I know hold ;-)
