Sweetheart dealPerhaps this is a sweatheart deal but as of right now joe public can buy stock on the open market for the same price ast the pp (give or take a penny) and those shares are not subject to a 4 month hold period.
My only fear is that they short the stock. I hate when they short knowing they have the warrants to cover their shorts if they are wrong. I've seen this one to many times.
I sold on news of pp but have rebought most 2 thirds of my position since.
