Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Thoughts on offering!

I have mixed feelings on the offering, it's nice to have the money with any small biotech and I hope Brad puts it to good use. On the other hand the timing sure was a surprise to me after getting money from the warrants. Also this tells me that a partnership is farther off than I hoped it might be. Brad sure has a talent for killing a rally, unless we have some unexpected news I don't see the stock getting to a new high for awhile.
