No Shareholder rights plan needed - all is well
No Shareholder rights plan needed - all is wellWe don't need a shareholder rights plan.
This company is tightly held.
There aren't enough shares out there to have some type of a run on the stock to take it out.
So let's settle down here.
The company is going to start drilling.
We have so much bluesky it's not funny.
Here's the play that MNR should do:
Split out the Celtic/Yusefeli play as a newco for the existing shareholders and then develop Tac/Corak deal with the JV partner.
This is the best way to maximize shareholder value. So punching a few holes in the Yusefeli area is a good thing from that perspective.
The JV folks will come around. My guess is the turks are buying up shares and dragging their heels to get some more, then they will plunge in. If not, that's ok, Strathy and Co. will find a north american partner and kick the turks out the door for watiing so long.
Hold tight boys. Life is good in 2010. It will happen. The patient longs will finalize see some realization of value.
