It's a done deal !"KHAN" engages Haywood security's to study offer ! well boys and girls that is like saying if they (Haywood) say it's a good deal management can then say to the shareholders it's the best we could get , and possible go on with there new investment in Peru to re-establise there position in the uranium explore market . figure it out ,minor stake holder in Mongolia ,no permit (application Re-permit submitted and pending) officals not in a hurry to say ya or nay. Unloading there cash to purchase Peru property (there was no rumor or news that this was in the making) Management annouced earlier to the Ruskies that the company has $21.000.000 invested in the Mongolia property and in a fair transparent buy out "KHAN" should be compensated for this amount ,plus add: future earnings ! Well the ruskies did everthing proper , they want Khan out ,Mongolia minning board must have gone along , and to be on the side of world wide (investment opion and not to displease investements in there economic future) "Khan" will make take the deal ,it's mine opion only that there will be some changes to the offer ,The Ruskies coul'd care less as long as Khan is out of the property .There is no other players to make a better deal so in trhe next few days we shall see how this will wrap up.
