Yes BOBF you are absolutely right. 

The key to any CGP success rests, unfortunately, in the hands of the totally unpredictable and unreliable Ecuadorian politicians.  I have never experienced so much political risk in any investment than in Ecuador. 

Once these guys make up their minds that mining is a go I think we all would feel a lot better (even then I am somewhat guarded in my celebrations).
