As long as we are speculating on the reasons for Intel tagging on with Acer,Westell et al, could one hypothesize that they are buying more time due to settlement talks. Wi-LAN agreed to this arrangement so they must have been in favor for what ever reason. Yours guess is as good as mine ... well maybe not. lol
