RE: End of Takeover Talk

RE: End of Takeover TalkSouthcat
As you may know MXI had a shareholder reception in Calgary Monday night.  Very upbeat.  Greg gave a very polished and exceedingly bullish presentation.  When you see the strike zone and the tiny portion on which the resource calculation is based its hard not to get excited.  I am not  in anyway a technical person-so take this for what its worth-but I forsee that the resource calculation could eventually  grow to 10-12 million ounces as they drill out the zone.It looks a lot like Jilbey.  Only this looks a lot bigger-and bear in mind that the Jilbey deposit eventually topped out at over 3mm ounces.
Here's where you and I disagree.  If the resource calculation confirms a mineable deposit exists now-and I believe it will-then we will be in play.  I know Greg wants to hold and watch the story unfold and I know that some institutions say that they are in agreement but take it from someone who spent 27 years behind a quote machine- if institutions are offered a significant win they will take it.  They aren't famous for their patience. We are on the same side S-cat, and I don't necessarily want a quick TO.  But as I read report after report on the major gold miners and how all of them are scrambling  to build their pipeline of projects and how good projects are rare I believe that we will soon get an offer we won't refuse.  Anyway, looking forward to the resource estimation.
