But, now look at where we are again. The current state was predictable, and thus continued care and maintenance was prudent. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that I believe that the 0.85 exchange rate and $8 spot price are the values needed on average over the life of the project. They can still start under unfavorable conditions so long as they believe that on average it will balance out. Hopefully that will be soon.
