NEW SHARE OFFERINGWith the way that BXI share price is being knocked down at the end of each day, I believe that a new share offering may be happening. We all know that in past offers they take the average price over a certain time period. If the share price is too high private investors will not be able to make the money that they are hoping for over a locked in period. Just my opion.
