RE: 2010Doesn't look good. Canadian dollar is expected to hit parity again in 2010. FNI needs it to be at 0.90 or less, preferably around 0.85. Of course, that's the average for the duration of the 6 year project. They may be willing to start operations at a loss initially. But, each 0.01 above 0.85 represents millions (6 million or something like that, don't remember exactly). 15 multiplied by millions is probably a hard pill to swallow, cheaper to stay on care and maintenance.
