The point you are missing is the vaccines are still being paid for whether or not Canada is helping out.
The reason the stock is where it is is that the GOOD NEWS was released on a week when many people were away. When the sp didn't move up to the levels that people anticipated people started freaking and sold out of fear. I suspect the shorts had a significant part to do in this as well.
Myself I started buying and tripled my position. The fools are selling and I suspect you are buying. This used to be a specualtive buy trading in the 70's and 80's. Now we know it works. the risk has been reduced and it's selling in the 50's with Analyst's calling it a BUY with a $2.00 projection.
Go figure.
