RE: bad side RE: Andrew Sheldon BuyingNo, I do believe that Andrew Sheldon has made it perfectly clear by public disclosure that the deals were based on successful completion of phase 1 and that they were in talks with other countries. So the signing of these deals would be expected and part of the business plan. If they were in discussions for a take over then that would be different.
