I have no idea how they intend to ship the samples but I can comment on the drilling rate. When I worked there we averaged between 100 and 130 feet per 12 hour shif. Now depending if they intend to drill around the clock or not will affect project completion. Also you have to take into consideration it takes about a day, 24 hours, to move between holes and  about a shift to run casing to bedrock. Productivity can also be affected by ground conditions such as faulting or highly fractured rock which reduces bit life due to premature wear and necessatate more frequent changes.

To be conservative 100 feet per shift would be a good number to use.
