Update CFQ

Ontario project :

Hey should announce Ontario 50 Hector 37 000 carbon credit any time soon. The project is already summit to Rain Forest or KPMG to verified and approve those carbon credit.

They will probably be sold on the voluntary market (www.tz1market.com ) as I am not sure on this information. ( I think is questions of day before they announce.

Poland project.

The total project regroup 20 000 hector of reforestation in Poland, they have complete and sent all the requirement information to approve the first tranche of 671 Hector = 500 000 carbon credit and should receive the validation in a short future.

An other 1400 Hector will be approve validate before the end of 2010.

Business model

Carbon credit is currently trading in average 8.00$ to 11,50$, currently institution are loading up Carbon Credit to sale them over 40$ in a couple year range as de demand will increase.

1 Hector produce average 740 Carbon Credit @ 8$ = 5900$

Company normally paid average 20% commission on farmer or land owner they claim.

Make the number for potential revenue.

Other

· They are currently building a plant in joints venture whit Kimberly Clark in Vancouver for recycling wood cup… don’t have much info now on this but should be ready this summer.

· Deep pocket millionaire found management have bought millions share in the last P.P

· Deep pocket found like UBS want some on the market. The president will be in Europe next week meeting founds and make this move
