RE: my last two bitsRespectfully, while your theory is absolutely possible it cannot apply currently to MDG as they do not show any shares shorted.

The real reason for the decline in share price is simple...it is no longer the flavour of the month. Vaccines are blah, blah, blah right now. MDG missed the boat for this year. 

Unfortunately for the longs this puppy is heading further south from here.

MDG is has a speculative "technology" as Phase 1 cliinical trials have shown.

The big concerns for MDG and it's shareholders are:

1) more financing required within the year at current burn rate = further dilution

2) financing likely in the .20 - .25 range

3) best case scenerio, a takeover at .40 2 years from now

There you go, JMHO!
