The 6,500-ha Cerro de Oro gold project is located in northern Zacatecas State, Mexico, and is accessible by paved highway. Cerro de Oro project comprises the Zacatecas I and Zacatecas II concessions near Concepcion del Oro, Zacatecas, Mexico. The 6,200-ha La Fortuna project is in Durango State, Mexico. It also holds interests in a Los Verdes property and Suaqui Verde copper project.

The delisting is an effective cost saving measure .. I am delighted with this.  Furthermore there will be improved engineering on Los Verdes and grass roots exploration around the deposit.  There is already one further known gold deposit on this ground and there could be several.  NPV for Los Verdes is about to be quantified and improved materially with metallurgical analysis.  It is a high grade, low strip ratio polymetallic deposit with very compelling economics and this will be evident and quantified.  The potential for further discoveries is just getting started.

If you have any shares and are concerned sell them here.  We have plenty of people looking for stock now.  The deal is well managed by highly qualified engineers who are investors.  We are getting ready to make some real money so go easy on Tom and the cow comments.  He is right about this one.
