RE: JasperYour analysis misses a critical point-friends of the insiders just anted up at 20 cents.  I am not saying that history will repeat itself but I follow a small oil explorer, BNP,BNX.A on Venture.  A few months ago they were at 5 cents and they did a PP at a dime, 100% over market.  Today the stock closed at .15, a 50% return on the PP.  Sometimes you have to pay attention when insiders and friends of insiders are putting cash on the line, especially when they are paying over the market.  Then again, sometimes it just means  that they are dopes!  The jury is still out on JSP but I would be loathe to underestimate Gordon Dixon.
