I don't think there is any question about the dividend. It's definitely been promised. In the last presentation the CEO gave he said that 2010 was fully booked. I believe it when I monitor all the horizontal drilling that is planned in shale gas regions and in other 'non-conventional' areas. Everyone wants to do horizontal drilling, in Canada and the US. If they earn $1/sh sometime soon, a $15 share price does not seem out-of-line.
