The Company has the right to earn up to 100% interest in the Huzyk Creek Vanadium Property (the Property) in north-central Manitoba. The Property is located approximately 75 kilometers southeast of the town of Snow Lake, Manitoba, and consists of a Mineral Exploration License covering approximately 216 square kilometers. This area has seen significant exploration for base metal mineralization as it lies within the projected extension of both the Flin Flon/Snow Lake belt and the Thompson Nickel Belt.

The only downside is a complete collapse of the uranium sector. I've said it before, that 40 million in the ground at surface and near surface is not going to vanish. It's proven, it's there. It can only go up.
