Megatron2 you say that insider selling is evidence of lack of faith.
There is no way to sugar coat it but I think it is evidence of the love of money-cash--moola. Its what makes the stock market. turn Investors invest because they want moola---people startup companies because they are looking for moola. Everyone is looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Insiders cashed out--took some money off the table--maybe they took a trip or bought a new car.

Insider selling takes place everyday in hundreds of companies in Canada and the US. If you only invested in companies where no insider ever sold shares you would have a hard time finding an inverstment--Apple, Microsoft, Royal Bank etc etc.In the cream of the business community insiders sell shares.
