Defendants Receive a Blow to the Jaw ........imo

Although putting up a good fight the defendants have received a good solid punch to the Jaw imo. Wi-LAN's brief socks it to them. The fight is not over by any means but as we approach round 10 there could be a knockout punch or a defendant just might throw in the towel. .... Waiting for the bell.
