The investment objectives for the Preferred Shares are to provide their holders with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash distributions in the amount of $0.05 per Preferred Share ($0.60 per annum or 6.0% per annum on the issue price of $10.00 per Preferred Share) until November 30, 2023 (the Maturity Date) and to return the original issue price of $10.00 to holders on the Maturity Date. The Company will invest on an approximately equally-weighted basis in Portfolio Shares of the following publicly traded Canadian banks: Bank of Montreal; Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce; National Bank of Canada; Royal Bank of Canada; The Bank of Nova Scotia; and The Toronto-Dominion Bank. The Portfolio will generally be rebalanced on a quarterly basis, starting on September 30, 2020, so that as soon as practicable after each calendar quarter the Portfolio Shares will be held on an approximately equal weight basis.

RE: RE: Fully valued...for now?mrmomo - I dont think anyone here is feeling hostile toward you - but rather they are pointing out - for your benefit - a lot of misconceptions that you appear to have about the company.
For sure no one is feeling defensive. Just about everone on this board is making a pile of cash - so there is no need to defend this stock - which is going up by leaps and bounds.
Now you say you have followed the stock for a long time - and obviously missed the boat when you might have bought in at  $2 - $3 - $4 not so long ago. Presumably you did not do so based on the same incorrect analysis of the company that you apparently still have. If you wernt interested in BNK months ago it is difficult to see why you are asking for reasons to be persuaded now when the SP is much higher.
Nevertheless it may not be too late - the fundamentals are so strong - and a buyout at some point is probably a 'given'
