An overlooked factor?
An overlooked factor?Maybe we've been comparing apples to oranges. Existing producers NOT in need of financing seem to be doing fine in Turkey. But we're a junior on the "cusp". MNR has the "goods", a somewhat capable CEO(albeit, very overpaid), conservative reporting(VERY),on the verge of producing(MAYBE) a product in high demand with rising price and relative low float. However, the major negative might just be the radical Islamist government which has escalated its assault on its own military and the press. Basically the Taliban now runs the show. According to an article in the WSJ(5March) a "radically conservative and islamist Turkey will be increasingly opposed to Western policies (and Western financing). Maybe Pete better get a back-street barrister to change his name to Mohammed. Our situation is approaching precarious with visions of mangos past and mullahs present.
