  They haven't put any money in yet other than what they have bought the shares for ( considerably less than .29) The $400 million bantered about is what they think the stock is worth, so if there is roughly 2 billion shares than each share is worth .25. Now you have to remember the $400 million valuation is subjective, nobody quite knows what it is worth till it sells.Now remeber that Severstal od Endeavour each owns a great deal of shares so they can pay more for the remainder.Severstal has been the only company to formally anounce their intention to be the man in this company.Endeavour owns more shares than they do but has not announced it wants to buy the remainder and become the company.Their is mention of 3 companys interested , who is the third???????? Endeavour should be putting their balls on the table and saying what their intention is but maybe they haven't got any intentions or balls.
