Insiders do not care; they give themselves free shares.. 10,000,000 or 1,000,000 shares does not mater ... they are still free...   and how many shares do they get behind the scene is never known.

Yes, for sure, it would be way better if consolidation would not be done... but with no money and 1/3 of a billion shares outstanding is not giving you   s h i t    at this price...

Shareholders getting shafted and insiders do not give a damn...   They are about to past go and start all over.
In this turn they acquired only Baltic and Vermont Ave.. they played with the community chest without any chance. They told us they had to build a bridge and delayed every news because every news was the same crap! NOT GOOD!  They hired AGO RA COM with their fake pumpers team and disguised the truth.

Management planed this since the beginning!
