Re: Insider Trading........

Re: Insider Trading........

......nightmares haunt me of past unreported insider trades of ISA.( June 2007-Yatscoff) but, here is a

macbethorfaust insider lesson from January 18, 2010 :
(a) if you are going to send to a signal with insider buying you have to buy big-small purchases only
provoke derision plus a legal bill for filing the insider reports, (b) they are already in it up to their eyeballs
and have already lost millions on paper(and my guess is a lot of real cash too on earlier options) and are
unlikely to be wanting to risk what's left of their personal wealth by putting significantly more in at this point in
time and neither would I, (c) when they do have information to let them know that things are going to turn
positive and the risk has dropped they are insiders and can't buy anyways, and (d) they already have options;
when you think about it, ......

Insider buying, or a lack of it, is not what it iscracked up to be as a sign of anything much-in fact when you
have the insiders buying small amounts of shares that is as likely to suggest to me that they are trying to send
an artificial signal of optimism to mask a greater concern ("if he is confident enough to buy why is he buying
peanuts?") as it is to make me think that the insiders are all gung ho. Insider selling is another matter.

I DON'T F@#$ing KNOW!     Every time it looks that ISA has some momentum, it is always two steps back,

with a KICK IN THE GROIN!    Goodman is a BIG LOSS,  by replacing him with another insider , who is juggling

a lot on His plate , means what?
