My theory is they know what is down the hole. They need now to quantify the volume through testing. My take is that there is hundreds of feet, of the 4000 feet they are sidetracking, that contains oil. For whatever reason they are keeping that information under lock and key! This is my guess, however it is backed by alot of evidence as stated in some of their releases, portrayed by their actions and declared in some of my earlier posts.
