I remember getting some sort of earnings report a few months ago with voting for various items.
Some of it included the phrase "disinterested party" to mean me (the shareholder) when giving away shares to management or whoever they felt needed some. The wording seemed childish and possibly not legal. (Maybe someone else here still has a copy)
I wonder if they played one too many footloose games with their stock and are now finally called to task by the TSX.
If this is true then good on the stock police. Hate to have this drag on for months.
Would be nice to have some sort of update soon and I don't care from who it is. (EZ or the TSX)
Like to put this old horse to pasture one way or another.
