RE: RE: We all know-DrdoctorThere is one more - BIP.UN
This is the one which will likely end up taking WEF out IMHO
And it could very well be that this is what the Harbinger ongoing 'liquidity creation' is all about
The more cheap shares that get into the hands of as many small retailers as possible - then that will make it much easier for Brookfield to take WEF out on the cheap well before the share price ever gets close to its true potential
Thus Brookfield would reap the true maximum benefits whereas current WEF shareholders would not
In any going private or take-over situation the outcome of the voting on any such proposal will be determined by the Majority of the Minority rule - so Brookfield will not be allowed to vote any of their WEF shares and likely neither would Harbinger if they continue holding over 20% of the voting shares.
Thus all the retail buyers/speculators who have been buying up these cheap WEF shares for the past 4 months would quite likely vote and agree to being taken out for a quick double on their cost - ie around 50/60 cents
Leaving true buy and holders out to dry
