RE: The impact of a volcano......With every ill wind a little good blows someones way. I feel for all those stranded and the airlines affected. I hope this doesn't continue to much longer.
I beleive alternate forms of transporting people and goods will have to bear the extra capacity needed during this catastrophe. Railways, trucking ,shipping , and freight companies will all be at full capacity in Europe and abroad to move goods and people. This could be the reality for quite some time. There may be some parts of Europe that will be accessable by boat only or prop engined aircraft. I have'nt done any research on the transportation sector specifically European. Any insight from others would be greatly appreciated.
