RE: Confused and Frustrated.. Am I Alone?

Teetogrn, We need someone like you on the board of directors! Its good to see a post that is longer than one line here on stockhouse.

Your summary of this company is excellent. Some of the things that you mentioned I've forgotten about. Your questions and concerns are valid and its the reason why shareholders do not get excited about the news releases they put out. Because us shareholders have been through it all before. There is always news but there is never follow through.

Think of how many IR people have come and gone. How many IR Firms have come and gone? So now they hire another IR Firm and I guess we are to get excited about this? I don't think so.

I can't address everything you addressed in your post so maybe others can shed some light on it as well. I'll start with the viscositor. Us shareholders only knew what management was telling us. Yeah it was the next greatest thing that the oil industry will want and need. They have divested that division and now own a small interest in that tech but more from a third party stand point.

What about the h2omaxx unit that went to Kansas. Oh, this would be a great place to showcase how well the unit works. It sat there for months without processing anything. So who's great decision was that? Then Cancen comes along and how many months does it take to get the kansas unit to a cancen site? This still hasn't happened. Supposedly Cancen is fabricateing the units for thier sites. Wescorp puts out a news release that the building of the units have started. That was back in Sept. But when you talk to IR people and others at wescorp they say it only takes 2-3 months to build a unit. We are now 8 months into it and if you try to get info on the progress of the units from anyone at wescorp, you get the silent treatment. Then they put out a release saying that the maxx unit will be built by k-line and will be showcased. How many times does this company need to showcase this technolgy??? They told us that Cance would be a showcase site! If you read the filings from years back revenues from this technology was to begin in 2008. Then it was moved to 2009, then 4th Q of 2009. Then it was Q1 of 2010, now in they are saying the 2nd Q of 2010. Q2 ends June 30th! Will this happen? History tells me that they won't meet this deadline as well.

Ok, back to the maxx technology. Does it work? The company tells us how great it is! That's all us shareholders have to go by. We have no idea if the tech is great or is it just like ellycrack, flowstar, navigator and who knows what else. The only way of knowing if this tech is all that its cracked up to be is to get a few units in the field and start producing revenues! Management for whatever reason, can't seem to accomplish this. They've had the technology for 2 1/2 years now!

So in my opinion, there are a some possibilities.
1) the tech doesn't work as they say it does. (period)
2) the tech doesn't work as they say it does and they have been spending the last 2 1/2 yrs modifying it to make it work and just don't want to tell the shareholders this. (typical wescorp fashion)
3) management is not competant enough to take this tech to the next level.
4) a combination of 2 & 3 (this is my guess)

Shareholders want proof that this tech is a good as they say it is. Is it really a great savings to the company using this tech. Is it cost effective???? Is sound enough to run on a constant basis? We have no idea! We need to see units in the field and then getting followup orders. This would be the proof that shareholders are looking for.

Shareholders and potential Shareholders do not want to hear how great things are from management anymore. Matter of fact they are sick and tired of management talk. They want proof, they want real progress not a bunch of promises that never materialize.

As usual all comments are welcome.
